For our premium subscribers of PETROINFO, our executive may ask few details like company name, email ID, and contact details and ask to complete the registration page on the website for the record, we assure the security which will be end-to-end encrypted with you and the company any generated password by the company for you during the service or free trial will be encrypted with us but if any such details if forwarded to a third person without the knowledge of the company for sharing the data/material or any such information then company is not to be blamed in such cases and despite restricted access or warning if you are sharing the password or device then the company may stop your access and you will be liable for your actions.
- Payment is to be done directly on the official account of PETROINFO and not to any other account or any private account.
- Delay in payment after offering the discount for an annual or monthly subscription to the PETROINFO website may change the subscription amount after the expiry date of the offer/Discount as per T & C decided at the time of the deal.
- Subscriber shall be liable to pay for the full amount of consideration as agreed in the contract.
- Registered Users will have to inform the administrator of the PETROINFO Website, 15 days before the expiry date to continue or discontinue the service. As per the agreement in the contract, the subscription company shall discontinue the service on the last date mentioned in the contract without serving any further notice.
- whenever the customer is making the payment for access of the website and during the service period if he wants to discontinue the service his money will be refunded unless it is a case of breach of contract or trust. The amount will be refunded to the bank account number or the credit/debit/charge card that was used to make the subscription payment within 7 days.
- Any customer initiated the cancellation of the contract has to be in terms of applicable provisions of the binding agreement entered into at the time of Registration as a User of PETROINFO DOT IN services.
- Any misuse of the service or forwarding the confidential data provided by PETROINFO during the service with the intention of cheat or fraud shall be liable for the penal action and available remedy at law, as thought deemed fit by the Company.
- The Company shall not be liable to refund to the customer any subscription amount paid especially during the service if has misused the information or data which is given or mentioned on the website of PETROINFO.
- After Cancellation or after the expiry date of the service Company shall not be liable to refund any amounts and the Company further reserves the right to initiate appropriate action under the law for other remedies including but not limited to damages, penalty, injunction as the Company may deem fit in its discretion.
- In case of any Act of God, the Company shall not be responsible for any refund of money consideration for the unexpired period of the contract.
